Tailgating for the Cure

Become a Komen Tailgater!

Any individual or team that raises a minimum of $500, excluding registration and honor/memory cards, is eligible to reserve a tailgating spot. The more money raised the larger the spot and the closer to the main activities.

Bring your coolers, grills, picnic baskets, tents and lawn chairs. Whatever your plan, make sure you celebrate a job well done!

Tailgaters will be located near all the Race activities. It's the perfect spot to take pictures, meet and march to the starting line together or relax after the race. Use your imagination and enjoy the day! Show your team spirit off the race course. All participants must have their race bib visible at all times to participate in Komen Texarkana Race related activities. Thank you for your cooperation!

The team with the best setup/most enthusiasm wins! The Tailgaters who win the 2011 Tailgate Award will be pictured in next year's brochure. To be eligible your team must have your picture made on Race day!
