You may pick up your Race Packet at TISD Administration Office, 4241 Summerhill Road, Texarkana, Texas as follows:

Team Packet Pick-Up
OCT. 7 & 8     11 a.m.- 6 p.m.

Individual Packet Pick-Up
OCT. 13 & 14  11 a.m.-6 p.m.
OCT. 15           9 a.m.- 1 p.m.

Race Day Packet Pick-Up
OCT. 16           8 a.m. - 9 a.m.
(Race Day Packet Pick-Up at the Four States Fairgrounds)

Mail individual participant forms with registration fee to Komen Texarkana Race for the Cure®, Dept. 09-015, P.O. Box 9600, Texarkana, TX 75505-9600. Forms are limited to one entry per person and must be signed. Copies of entry form are acceptable.

In Person
Wednesday, October 13, 2010
Take individual participant entry forms to the drive-thru at Bancorp South locations at 5702 Richmond Road or 3000 New Boston Road by Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Receipts will be given at the bank. Additional entry forms will be available at area E-Z Mart Stores and other major sponsor locations or online.
